Hello I'm writing this because I wanted to let people know what kind of person Jaime Will's is. I've known him for over 25 years and he is my insurance agent through UnitedHealthcare®. He is a very kind and compassionate person, who goes out of his way for all his members he signs up. If you are struggling, especially during this pandemic, we as a country are facing he will help those in need to get sanitizer, wipes, or gloves, etc. So you may not feel so overwhelmed and to try and make you feel a little better. He is a very nice sincere person that will tell you how things are and will never make you feel bad or make you have false expectations, especially about the plan. I was enrolled in Wellcare health plan and it wasn't good I had many complaints that were never getting met so I decided to switch to UnitedHealthcare® and it has many rewarding offers that my plan didn't give you. Jaime as always has been a very trustworthy, caring, and a devoted person over the course of our friendship. He strives on always making sure every member he has is happy with the plan and answers any questions you may have before you sign up. He does not make you join UnitedHealthcare® but points out the plenty of offers it provides to you and your family. I would recommend this plan to anyone. Thank you for your time.

 I was introduced to Jaime by a friend. The goal being that he would assist me in finding a new insurance plan. He was very patient, very professional, and assisted me Beyond what I think anyone would have done. He helped me navigate through all of the confusing and not very clear insurance terms & concerns. Taking the time to explain what was involved, required & all the extra benefits I might qualify for that I knew nothing about. We spent several hours looking into this program and that one until we were both satisfied that I had the one that was best suited for my needs. Rating on a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being lowest and 10 being highest this wonderful man is a 10+++.
